Can you believe that tomorrow is the first day of June? How are we already six months into 2014?!

Quiet night at home this evening which I’ll spend mapping out a new workout plan for the next couple of months. Did some research while I ate dinner and found a few good workouts for inspiration. Just trying to decide whether I want to continue the standard weight days or switch it up with HIIT. My main concern is sacrificing some running performance because HIIT takes so much out of your body.
