I’m having a day. It’s the kind of day that could end with ice cream or chocolate, but instead I did a search on workout motivation pictures. Let me tell you, nothing gets you over your junk food craving faster than checking out hard bodies lifting weights.



Yup, desire to eat my emotions (mostly) gone. Can’t wait to hit the gym tomorrow morning and deal with this stress in a productive way. For now, it’s time for another guaranteed stress reliever…a walk with Ian and Riley. We’ll just walk in the opposite direction of the ice cream parlour.
